"PATIENT INFORMATION LEAFLET - Paracetamol 500 mg tablets
What this medicine is used for: Paracetamol is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache and period pain, and to reduce fever.
Do not take this medicine: if you are allergic to paracetamol or to any of the other ingredients; with any other medicine that contains paracetamol.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have liver or kidney problems, or if you regularly drink alcohol.
How to take this medicine: Adults and children aged 16 years and over: take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, as needed. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. If symptoms last for more than 3 days, speak to your doctor.
Possible side effects: Side effects are rare. Stop taking the medicine and seek medical help at once if you notice a skin rash, swelling of the face or difficulty breathing.
If you take too much, get medical help immediately, even if you feel well, because of the risk of serious liver damage."

DTer problemas no fígado.
ETer dor de cabeça e febre ao mesmo tempo.
Resposta correta: alternativa B
💡 Explicação
A alternativa B está correta: o uso junto com 'any other medicine that contains paracetamol' está na seção 'Do not take this medicine', ao lado da alergia ao fármaco. As alternativas A, C e D estão em outra seção, 'Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine', que pede orientação profissional, mas não proíbe o uso. Confundir as duas seções é um erro comum de leitura de bula. A E descreve indicações do medicamento ('headache', 'reduce fever'), e não contraindicação.
